The Homes
Gardenhaus will contain 60 units arranged in 8 buildings and courts. Each building will contain corner units with more exposure to view gardens and sunlight.
Most units will be attached town homes, but will be built individually utilizing sound and thermal insulation systems and construction techniques separating and protecting the adjoining walls.
In Gardenhaus all town homes will have 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms or 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. They will all have access to a roof top ocean view deck with a possibility to expand and add a small studio or a sleeping alcove.
Parking:
All town homes include 1 enclosed parking space, but buyers will have the option of purchasing and extra 2nd parking space.
